StreamIndy complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on StreamIndy without permission, you may submit a takedown request.

Your request must include:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The exact URL of the infringing content
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Submit requests to:

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, StreamIndy will:
- Remove or disable access to the content
- Notify the user who uploaded the content

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

StreamIndy acts as a service provider and does not own or control user-uploaded content.
