Unmedicated is a raw portrait of self-awareness without redemption.

On this project, Fontaine confronts the patterns he knows too well—toxic love, emotional distance, ego, and the choices we make when we understand the damage but don’t stop it. These songs don’t chase healing or closure. They sit in the tension between knowing better and doing the same thing anyway.

Built on gritty trap-soul foundations and old-school R&B influence, Unmedicated favors mood over polish. Sparse drums, walking basslines, and intimate vocals place Fontaine at the center—quiet, reflective, and unfiltered. The album moves through secrecy, fallout, relapse, and accountability, ending not with change, but with honesty.

There are no excuses here. No villains. No heroes.
Just a man fully aware of who he is, choosing truth over comfort.

Unmedicated is for late nights, empty rooms, and listeners who understand that awareness doesn’t always come with correction.
